**Due to an overwhelming response this tour is full.  Should you wish to arrange a heli-tour on either the free evening Wednesday, May 10 (after the floor closes) or Saturday May 13, Rockies Heli would be pleased to assist you. Contact Rockies Heli Canada directly at 403.881.2500 and identify yourself as an RVC delegate. Transportation from all RVC hotels will be included.**

Rockies Heli Canada Tour 

  • Start at Eau Claire Downtown Helipad and enjoy a city fly around
  • Flight to Eau Claire Distillery in Turner Valley (one hour stop)
  • Flight to Kananaskis and visit to Stoney Nakoda Resort & Casino for a First Nations experience

    Embark on Calgary’s only guided river experience, view downtown Calgary from the original highway, The Bow River. There are 43 bridges that span the Bow River with 18 of them in the downtown section.

  • Calgary Zoo (1hr interpretive tour of Canadian Wilds)
    Canadian Wilds: Get to know some of Canada’s most impressive animals as you wander along the forested pathways of the Canadian Wilds. You’ll see bears, wolves, cougars, bison, bighorn sheep and mountain goats
  • WinSport (1hr drive with time at Canada Sports Hall of Fame)
    As the legacy site of the 1988 Olympic Winter Games, Canada Olympic Park lives on as WinSport, a year-round recreation and athletic training facility.  Experience the zipline or a summer bobsled –  an expert pilot would slide you through 10 turns hitting speeds of 100+ km/hr and feeling the force of up to 2 G’s.

  • Glenbow Museum (1 hour stop)
